Hide in the sky
or gawk like a sitting duck.
The inventor of fire
somewhere must be stuck,
on a roll of bad luck.
The keys to the kingdom
must be here somewhere.
Early in the morning
I can just sit and stare.
Stare at the immense void
that slowly swallows the sky,
together with the blood red desire
and my silent cry.

What made me start the search?
Just a cold sweaty nightmare?
To find the keys to the kingdom
nothing will I spare.
What path is right?
Is this my light?
Rip out the final breath
and for the sake of the fire
I will conquer my death.
