Another end-year will be spend away from home and family, its seems as if I'm getting used to it ... - Well , Get over with!!

I just realized that the doctor who plays in "The House", annoys me very much, despite his sharp intelligence; must be his prideful, stubborn, i-can-handle-pain and break-the rules and be-mean attitude. Where was that in the Bible: knowledge puffs up but love builds up? Ahhh yes, 1 Corinthians 8:1.

What is knowledge without love in it, some compassion,some grace.

Random thoughts on ECT

ECT -electroconvulsive therapy scares the tar out of me. It's scientifically untested as to what it will do the the neurons and the brain.
It serves to 'jump-start' the brain for depression however many have done that and have been completely cured and many have had anxiety, flashbacks and other issues that did not have before.

The brain is a fascinating and powerful thing, it's too precious to mess around and ECT-s side effects are quite scary.

I wish there was another way around rather than using THIs as a last resort to treatment.

I find myself stretching thin, I find myself almost wanting to carry everything on my shoulders, but that's not cool, I need to pull back and watch things unfold. I am no Superwoman and I should not think I have Superpowers.. even though at times I do wish there were two or three of me. I have limits and that's a FACT. I have one body, one mind, one soul and two hands. And that's a fact also.

But there's always such internal wars....to do everything at once...and I always need to take deep breaths and hand the cape over to the Master.
