-i smile
-i try to explain the meaning of the dream i just had and replay it in my mind. Sometimes i don't even bother-too much energy psyching yourself out.
-when the alarm goes off before waking up i tend to press the snoozer many times for 5 extra minutes and more. when i am late -i grab everything i need and prepare myself in record time looking like a zombie in panic
-When the alarm goes off after i have woken up i am very relaxed and start reading for my quiet times. I have quiet times before i start my day that consist of reading spiritual books based on the Bible/or books in the Bible and i pray to God for a good half hour.
