Actually that is the only fear a person should have-That of the Creator.
And that is not fear of punishement in the present life,actually there is too much love here on earth that he has provided for us.What you have to fear is the Judgement day,you have to give an account to Him since you are His creation. I remember a scripture (very famous one ) that says: Perfect love drives out fear.
It lifts you up so much when you know that you are doing exaclty as he commands you to do. I don't fear Him in the sense that i will be punished for i know i am already saved. Actually since i got baptized i have been blessed with so much love(and THAT for me is a miracle)
