One of the things i don't like is surprises. Maybe you are laughing now up there,but yes that's right , you know how i am made, i like to know everything ,i like to predict everything, and having you a Father really doesn't give me much prediction. It has been crazy,one of those crazy periods of life running around and having no time to eat or even look in the mirror. I complained before, when my free time was abundant. Now i am realizing i am comlaining that my free time is not free anymore. Yet seeing the fruit of your hard hard work is so satisfactory. I read once that a woman needs to keep herself busy,and even though she can't stop telling her girl-friends that the business is driving her nuts, she enjoys it because she feels so useful, so appreciated. And that is so true for me too.
You start to discover one of the truths that impress you: no man is an island( no woman either)
Whe night falls and you are ready to collapse on the bed with the music of Chariot stripped-Gavin DeGraw's raw voice and the piano,you suddenly remember you have to call M,and then make a list of who you are going to enchourage tomorrow.
