rreth 90% te aneurizmave te barkut jane te vendosura ne zonen poshte arterieve renale,qe jane enet e gjakut qe lene aorten dhe shkojne drejt veshkave.rreth 2/3 e aneurizmave te barkut nuk jane te kufizuara vetem tek aorta por zgjerohen nga aorta edhe ne arteriet iliake....
