Ne dhjetevjecarin e fundit nje medikament rezultativ per te luftuar % e larte te kolisterolit eshte "LIPITOR". Mbas perdorimit te ketij medikamenti, duhet te jesh ne kontrollin e mjekut per shkaktimin e ndonje efekti negativ ne melci. Me teper keshillohet tek pacientet qe e kane kolisterolin e larte nga shkaqe gjenetike (trashegimtare qe mund te perseritet deri edhe ne tre breza, ose mund te mungoje ne nje brez dhe te shfaqet ne tjetrin)

Metoda tjeter e kontraceptimit eshte edhe ajo e kryerjes se aktit seksual te pambrojtur disa dite perpara dhe mbas periodave te femres. I read once that if the woman has a regular period, she can know her fertile days (the only ones when she could get pregnant) the only fertile days would be the ones 13-14-15 among the 28 total days of the period. But this sounds kinda strange. It would reduce "a lot" the possibilities for the human specie to reproduce, having in account that the pregnancy lastes 9 months - comparing with other mammals-, don't you think?

That's true, but not always correct and safe. It's to scary to practice in yourself, because you can be pregnant, even during the periode. The fertile days you can find by checking the temperature of your body, which is always half grade higher than normal days.
