V for Vendetta

I just saw the movie "V for Vendetta", staring Natalie Portman. It was really good, and i want to bring to the audience here, the dialogue when V is introduced to Evey, i found it quite interesting and challenging to read and understand, for it seems to much deep philosophically:

“Voil_! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a bygone vexation stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose, so let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V.”

Any thoughts?

i havent seen the movie, and don't plan on for that matter but aside from the obvious alliteration I don't find any earth shattering eureka light bulb going off excessively on a philosophical enlightment. A little ardous to comprehend, yes but deep, not quite extensively as you think. Even for the english speakers, such as myself, this sort of language presents barriers because these words are not used excessively in every day talk. And it would be an educated guess to say that this is what your pickle is as well.
Through this particular writing all that is conveyed is a determined individual to right the wrongs that have been conducted on her; obviously she know exactly the extent of these wrongs and plans on following a punishment non other than death so that the virtuous good will bloom once more.

The quote Admirali brought here made me laugh so hard, it was stupendous. Like cupka said, it is not quite deep, not philosophical...but I loved it, because he played well with the words. Personally, I was not expecting deep philosophies for that matter, because simplicity is the key. I loved the movie (obviously...my avatar is a painting of V).
Great fiction.
But my favorite part of the movie was the introduction:
Remember, remember, the Fifth of November,/ The Gunpowder Treason and Plot... / I know of no reason/ Why the Gunpowder Treason should ever be forgot... But what of the man? I know his name was Guy Fawkes and I know, in 1605, he attempted to blow up the Houses of Parliament. But who was he really? What was he like? We are told to remember the idea, not the man, because a man can fail. He can be caught, he can be killed and forgotten, but 400 years later, an idea can still change the world. I've witnessed first hand the power of ideas, I've seen people kill in the name of them, and die defending them... but you cannot kiss an idea, cannot touch it, or hold it... ideas do not bleed, they do not feel pain, they do not love... And it is not an idea that I miss, it is a man... A man that made me remember the Fifth of November. A man that I will never forget.
