Thats a pretty wide range of measurement darke.

In terms of Business and Work i would say Tirana.
In terms of architecture i would say Gjirokastra or Berat.
In terms of history the list is long.
In terms of environment i would say Korca and Pogradec.

In terms of economic importance i would rank them like this

Tirane
Durres
Shkoder
Vlora
Elbasan
Fier
Korce
Berat
Lezhe
Gjirokaster
Diber


Communism has destroyed all these cities who could've been turned really beautiful with a little investment. It will take time for some of them to recover from a 50-year destruction. Ugly commies are just not my style.
